• $400 CAD – Individual Non-Members 

• $350 CAD – New Hypertension Canada Individual Membership + Congress Registration ($100 membership, $250 CHC ticket)

• $25 CAD – New Hypertension Canada Associate/Student Membership + Congress Registration ($25 membership and free CHC ticket)

Registration Policies 

  1. Registration fees must be paid in full before you are admitted to the conference. If there is an outstanding balance on your account when you arrive at the conference, you will be asked for a credit card to settle your account. 

  2. Advance registrations will be accepted until October 19, 2023. After October 19, 2023, registrations will only be accepted on-site if capacity allows.  

  3. Substitutions may be made until October 19, 2023 by writing to the Conference Secretariat at hypertension@buksa.com. 

  4. Credit card payment must be made by VISA or MasterCard. Your statement will read "BUKSA Assoc. (780) 436-0983 Edm". 

  5. A confirmation notice detailing your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of this registration form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at hypertension@buksa.com  

  6. All registration rates are subject to availability. 

Cancellation Policy 

The Canadian Hypertension Congress will incur certain expenses prior to the conference, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy: 

  • 21 working days before the event, or earlier: refund 100%, less $30 processing cost.

  • 15 working days before the event: no refund.
